Returns and complaints

Ampiko operates from Poland. For cross-border orders or custom-made products, final product scope, delivery terms and payment terms may be confirmed individually before production or shipment.

Returns

Consumers may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within the statutory period, unless an exception applies, for example for products made to individual specification.

Custom-made products

Furniture and elements made to the customer`s individual dimensions or specification may be excluded from the standard right of withdrawal.

Complaints

Complaints should be sent with order details, issue description and, where useful, photos. We will review the case and respond using the contact details provided.
